When we did My Time the wait was usually half an hour at around 7:30 or 8. Honestly, I hate how Royal Caribbean does My Time. You can reserve it ahead of time in the app, but almost everyone books all the earlier My Times for the whole week on day 1. Most days 8:45 was the only time available. It's not really flexible at all.
