The serial number on the trigger guard and under the left grip is 388 and the barrel is marked Ivers Johnson gun and cycle works. The grip base is marked May 10 87 March 13 88 Aug. and the second line reads 96 Pats Pending. It is surprisingly tight and functions perfectly. I was listing it on ** *** but took it off before anyone bid.
