Dodge durango intermittent starting problem

Need help! I have a 2016 Durango RT hemi with 67,000 miles. It is throwing a code for the fan relay, I have changed both relays and thermostat. Problem: Check engine will kick on with the code for the fan relay p0480.. It can sit for 2 minutes and it will start over heating, I can reset the check engine light and let it sit and it wont over heat???
